Nike Tiempo Legend “Future DNA” Edition
When we started this “Future DNA” journey first in our list was the Nike Mercurial Vapor XIII. Then we continued with Nike PhantomVSN II and Nike PhantomVNM T90, and now we will complete the “Future DNA” journey with the Nike’s most legendary of Tiempo designs. Nike used its latest Tiempo Legend VIII to dress it up like the Tiempo Legend IV Elite from 2011 that is the last one from that incredible limited edition series which combine past and future in such a fantastic way.
Back in 2011 when Nike created Tiempo Legend IV Elite, no one presumed that that would be the lightest and most significant Tiempo series to date. You might ask why significance? It was significant because this was the boot that relishes Nike’s ‘Elite’ series.
They upgraded the standard Tiempo with a premium leather upper, Flywire technology and a carbon fibre soleplate which by that time this was an out of this planet boot.
So now to pay tribute to that magnificent and iconic boot they re-united this so famous black and orange colours which will bring our memories back to Euro 2012 and the 2014 World Cup.
The Tiempo Legend “Future DNA” edition uses Nike’s current Tiempo silo, but with the only difference that is dressed to look like the retro boot, it pays tribute to. The overall look of the Tiempo hasn’t changed all that much over the years, and Nike didn’t have any difficulties to disguise that particular release.
What they did was to mirror the orange graphics on the rear of the boots. Then, splash orange across the tongue, laces and finally to the stud tips, which makes this boot so recognisable.
Alongside the Mercurial Vapor XIII, PhantomVSN Hypervenom and PhantomVNM T90, the Tiempo Legend VIII will be the last piece in the Nike “Future DNA” pack in what has to be as one of the Nike’s most popular collections of all time. So, which one is your favourite?

I love football so i can call myself a football manic although i have never played and obviously don’t know how to play, that boot is really fine and the black and orange colour is really charming, i dont really know much about the Nike Tiempo Legend Future DNA Edition.. Thanks for sharing
