Nike Phantom 3D – Nike’s Newest Phantom Edition

Well, it’s football boots edition time once again, and in this case, it comes from Nike, who are launching the new Phantom 3D edition. 

Before the special edition ‘Scorpion’ launch, the Phantom series has had a somewhat disrupted run since its debut, thanks to the familiar villain COVID-19. But as we witnessed, that didn’t stop them coming up with Nike Phantom ‘Scorpion’ edition back in October last year. 

Now they came up with the second solo strip for the silo since its launch. This little beauty is the Phantom 3D, and it features amazing graphic splashes across the upper, which you cannot miss.

The idea behind the design is to reveal the three key attributes of Phantom players around the World; the first one being calculated, the second one being instinctive, and the third and last one is provocative. To be honest, I am not very sure how the design reflects that, but I must admit that the 3D effect is still pretty cool. 

The colourway splashed across the upper is described as “Chlorine Blue/Pink Blast/Opti Yellow”, which features the word ‘Phantom’ written down the side, overlaid by the word ‘Skills’. And again, I don’t know how they come up with the names of their colourways. 

The cool graphics wraps around the entire foot, while the Swoosh is then tripled up in the three colourways on both the forefoot and heel, giving the 3D effect. 

As usual with the Phantom GT, the Phantom 3D is available in either DF collared version or the low-cut, giving the option of fit and feel.

The price on the market for these beauties depends on the boots you will choose. The Phantom GT Elite Dynamic Fit 3D comes at £249.95, while the Nike Phantom GT Elite 3D price is at £239.95.

Either way, if you want to have Phantom 3D, you have to dig deep in your pocket but know that you will get top-class football boots.
