Manchester City can take Messi if they pay him 25 million pounds in one year
The possibility of Manchester City signing Lionel Messi is still relevant. The publication claims that if the club guarantees him 25 million pounds a year, the 33-year-old Messi is ready to sign in 1 + 1 years.
